1. How many seats are available (YES)?
There are 135 seats available, divided into Fully Funded, Partially Funded, and Self-Funded categories:
- 10 Fully Funded seats
- 25 Partially Funded seats (including 5 for social media campaigners)
- 100 Self-Funded seats
2. What does each funding category include?
Fully Funded:
- Airfare reimbursement (fixed amount)
- Shared accommodation

Partially Funded:
- Meals

(Accommodation not included — delegates may add it for £200 separately)
Self-Funded:
- Paid delegate package with access to the same benefits (excluding airfare reimbursement).
3. Is there an application fee?
Yes, the £15 application fee is mandatory and non-refundable for all applicants.
4. Can I apply without a passport?
Yes, you may apply with a National ID temporarily, but you must obtain a valid passport before final selection.
5. How can I pay the application fee?
Payment options are provided in the application portal, including PayPal, Stripe, and bank transfer.
6. What if I am not selected for a funded spot?
You can still attend by registering as a Self-Funded delegate:

- Approx. £400 (with accommodation)
7. Who is eligible to apply?
- Age: 16 – 45 years
- Motivated individuals with leadership potential
- Students, professionals, and changemakers dedicated to the UN SDGs
8. What is the application deadline?
The application deadline has been extended!

9. When will results be announced?
Selection results will be released on November 10, 2025.
10. Can I edit my application after submission?
No. Applications are final and cannot be modified once submitted.
11. What are the selection criteria?
Applications are reviewed based on:
- Leadership achievements
- Social impact initiatives
- Application quality
The selection committee assigns applicants to categories accordingly.
12. Does the World Climate Forum assist with visas?
Yes. WCF provides an official invitation letter and visa guidance, but visa approval is solely at the discretion of the embassy/consulate
13. What if I am awarded a Fully Funded seat?
Airfare reimbursement (specific amount) will be provided post-event after completing community engagement activities and submitting a testimonial.
14. When will invitation letters be issued?
- Fully & Partially Funded delegates: Upon selection
- Self-Funded delegates: After purchasing their package
