Youth Emerging Summit Malaysia 2025: 26 – 29 December 2025

By registering under the Self-Funded Category for the Youth Emerging Summit Malaysia 2025, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time of application.
Open to individuals of all nationalities who are passionate about climate action, sustainability, leadership, and global change.

2. Access Benefits

Self-Funded Category participants will receive:

Full access to all keynotes, panels, workshops, and networking sessions during the summit.
Daily meals and refreshments during the event.
An official Youth Emerging Summit Malaysia 2025 Participation Certificate issued by the World Climate Forum.
An official Invitation Letter to support visa applications.
A Summit Welcome Kit (badge, lanyard, and other event materials).

Note: Travel costs are not included in the Self-Funded Category.

3. Refund Policy

The Self-Funded fee of £400 is refundable under the following conditions:

Time of Refund Request	Refund Eligibility
More than 30 days before the event	100% refund as a voucher (no deduction)
20–30 days before the event	70% refund as a voucher (30% deduction)
10–20 days before the event	50% refund as a voucher (50% deduction)
Less than 10 days before the event	No refund (100% deduction)

All refund requests must be submitted via email to: registration@theworldclimateforum.org
Refunds will be issued as vouchers, redeemable at any future World Climate Forum event.

4. Visa Support

An official invitation letter will be provided to assist with visa applications.
The World Climate Forum is not responsible for visa decisions, delays, or rejections.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to uphold respect, professionalism, and integrity throughout the summit.
Any misconduct, harassment, discrimination, or violation of event policies may result in immediate removal without refund.

6. Media Release

By participating in the summit, you grant the World Climate Forum the right to use your photos, videos, and testimonials for promotional, marketing, and official purposes in print and digital media.

7. Changes & Force Majeure

The organizing committee reserves the right to alter the schedule, format, venue, or cancel the event in case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or travel restrictions.
Participants will be informed promptly of any changes via official communication channels.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

9. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By submitting your application for the Self-Funded Category, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
You acknowledge that the registration fee is subject to the refund policy stated above and that participation is contingent upon adherence to the Code of Conduct and event guidelines.
