The respective form is the Final confirmation form of participation for Youth Emerging Summit (YES) 2025, to be conducted on December 26-29, 2025 at Days Hotel & Suites by Wyndham KL. Please read all sections carefully before submitting the final form. The information you provide will determine the type of services provided to you by the organization. The deadline to submit this form is 25 November 2025 (GMT 23:59). Applications submitted after the deadline will not be facilitated.

Terms & Conditions:

• Mandatory Registration: All delegates, regardless of category (Fully or Partially Funded), must complete this Final Confirmation Form.
• Formal Invitation Letters Only finalized candidates will receive official invitation letters for the Forum.
• Accuracy of Information Delegates are advised to provide correct and complete information. Confirmation should be submitted only if you are genuinely interested in participating.
• Final Submission Once submitted, the information cannot be edited. Ensure all details are valid and accurate before confirming your attendance.

• Flight ticket reimbursement (As per the given invoice in the selection email)

Services NOT included in Package:

• Airport transfer.
• Visa cost is not included in the perks of funded delegates.

Partially Funded Category:

• Accommodation on a sharing basis for 3 nights and 4 days
• Set course of meals during the program duration is included
• Program toolkit and merchandise
• Conference package worth 400 Euros (included)
• Certifications of acknowledgement of your participation

Services NOT included in Package:
